What to Expect:
Community Support: Engage with a small group of fellow participants who are also on their grief journey. Build lasting relationships and find solace in shared experiences.
Regular Meetings: The cohort will meet monthly for a duration of nine months, creating consistency and continuity in the support provided.
Spiritual Guidance: With the belief that we are held by a loving God, we will incorporate spiritual reflections in our sessions, encouraging a journey that acknowledges both the pain and the hope that can arise from grief.
